Description
One of my goals during my trip to Wyoming was to find and photograph a Great Grey Owl. I asked every park ranger I met and all of them said they hadn't seen any this year. I entered the Fishing Bridge Visitors Center inside of Yellowstone and was immediately met by a greeter who asked if she could help me. After asking the obvious question, she directed me to the junction off of the main road less than a mile away. When I arrived there where I noticed a lot of parked cars. I asked what they were seeing and to my elation it was a Great Grey Owl! The owl was in this tree and was turning its head up and down the grassy meadow looking for something to eat.
